EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Amoya Rowe is a purpose-driven professional whose passion is rooted in the holistic health of young lives.
Amoya serves and is credited as a leader in child welfare. Having served as a Student Success Coach, Teacher, Counselor, and Social Services Facilitator, Amoya has earned recognition for her compassionate work in implementing crisis intervention methods to meet the needs of her clients and the community at large.
As Executive Director, Amoya Rowe develops strategic plans to actualize program objectives, monitor operations, and ensure governance practices comply with ethical and legal requirements.
Amoya’s core values include Resilience and Faith.

C’yhera was born and raised in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, and is widely recognized as a change agent in her community.
C’yhera Martin’s life work has fostered a contagious sense of optimism and passion for helping others. Ms. Martin exudes the essence of leadership- as evidenced by a dense history of catalytic roles and engagements including with the Annual Congressional Black Caucus and City Council.
As Program Director, C’yhera Martin acts as a liaison to build lasting relationships with stakeholders, initiate and set milestones for key programs based on the organization’s strategic objectives, and support the accrual of organizational resources.
